Job Description and Terms of Employment ~

Applicants will be expected to serve as bookkeeper, secretary, librarian, activities coordinator, curriculum director, cook, dishwasher, custodian, nurse, referee, and mediator.  Please note that new job expectancies may arise at anytime.

You will be responsible to make rules and enforce them as well as create policies and design contracts.

You will need to design and indoor and outdoor environment that is safe for any age and promotes learning.

You will be responsible for developing ways to build self-esteem, teach self help skills, academics, cooperation, and good morals.

You will be expected to work a 10-12 hour day with no overtime pay and with no scheduled breaks.

Your salary will not reflect your experience and/or trainings.

You will receive holidays off as well as vacation time, although getting these days paid for may prove to be quite difficult.

Please try not to schedule any personal or sick days as clients may not be receptive to them.

Most importantly, you must be willing to be overworked and under appreciated.
